Pros: Bluejeans is a great software for large-scale videoconferencing, it is a fairly proportional system and allows you to hold private videoconferences, each user will have the possibility to create videoconferences separately, that means that each user in a sector of the company can carry out a video conference without interrupting your colleagues who are in other sectors of the company. What I liked the most about Bluejeans is that it has a system that allows me to make unlimited recordings of video conferences, I have to do this recording manually, it is fantastic to be able to choose which videoconference I want to record and which one I do not want to record, in this way I can manage the storage space that Bluejeans has to store all these video conferences. On the other hand, it should be noted that BlueJeans allows me to hold unlimited time meetings, it is not like other platforms that limit the time that a videoconference can be active, this does not happen on this platform and I can work unlimitedly and without any interruption. Another positive feature that BlueJeans has is that it allows me to hold meetings with HD video quality up to 720p, which is great quality for meeting with my employees and clients and being able to interact back-to-back. It is also important to note that it has excellent audio, all meetings have excellent quality audio that is clear, BlueJeans has a personalized meeting ID, which is great for differentiating each meeting. This platform also has a private Chat and public Chat system, which helps to maintain confidentiality in each conversation, I can create a Chat channel for my hosts and a Chat channel for the entire public.

Cons: Bluejeans has great potential to allow any company to have an instant videoconferencing system at hand, with which they can communicate with all their customers. However, during my experience various negative factors have also arisen that have not allowed my experience to be much more complete than the current one, these negative factors were, the main plans of Bluejeans have a limited number of participants for each video conference, in my opinion, they should expand this number of participants so that the cheapest plans are more attractive. Currently the basic plan of BlueJeans only allows 50 participants to connect to a meeting, I consider that this number is quite low. Another of Bluejeans's problems is that it doesn't have any free plan, this is a catastrophic problem, since new users won't be able to test BlueJeans' great capacity for large-scale videoconferencing. For me, these negative features are extremely small, and I certainly trust that the owners of this software will be able to solve them as soon as possible and make it just a free trial and the plans much more attractive.

Overall: Our overall experience with BlueJeans was fantastic, despite the various negatives we mentioned earlier, we felt our experience was comprehensive enough to allow us to video chat at any time. I loved the way that BlueJeans allows me to synchronize my Google Calendar system to my main panel, this has helped me to be able to make scheduled videoconferences, know exactly what day I am going to plan that videoconference for, I can also know the occupations that are planned for that day, and know exactly if there is time available on that day for the videoconference. Blue jeans to this our company to help us communicate with our clients, but it has been very important to help us communicate with our employees, all the meetings that we have with our employees of our company are carried out through this medium, we consider that it is a fairly interactive where employees can give their opinion freely, they can also hear all the information we need to share in each videoconference. Cons: The only negative feature that BlueJeans has is that it is a bit complicated to use when you are using it for the first time. - The event solution offers separate login for moderator, for presenter & for audience. This makes the event experience better as only the presenters have the hosting rights which avoids unnecessary chatter by the bulk of the audience members who join in.

Cons: - Limited attendee capacity
- Poor video & audio quality
- Does not offer the option of optimising videos when shared like the competitor platforms. In this, the video has to be uploaded in advance by the moderator for quality optimisation.
- Limited capacity for meetings, can be increased if opted for event solution
- Comparatively expensive to other platforms. Specially in India where it is currently being offered through Bharti Airtel.

Overall: Good platform with scope for lot of improvements. The event platform is recommended as it segregates the attendees, presenter & moderator. The security aspect & connecting using pin codes would be the highlight feature in this platform.
