    Pros: This version of the Bitzlato portal guided me through the account merging process. I now feel secure using Bitzlato.us.com. Merging my account was very easy. I completed the KYC verification right away and was surprised at how quickly it was approved. Customer support was readily available and helpful throughout the process. My withdrawal was successful, and the funds were credited to my wallet promptly.

    Cons: I needed help resetting my 2FA, and support actually got back to me within a day.
