    Pros: - No Altcoins / Bitcoin-only Service
    - Simple & Straight-Forward Interface
    - 2FA Required for BTC Withdrawals
    - Responsive Customer Service (during SMSF account creation)
    - Vault feature to transparently hold any funds with exchange.

    Cons: There were no issues that I ran into that have required customer service. I know some have had questions instead of reading FAQ's, but said customer service was very quick and solved issues quickly.

    Overall: Straightforward Setup of SMSF account.
    Easily purchased bitcoin in the way I wanted.
    Secure Vault protocol.
    Straightforward Withdrawal to self-custody.

    Pros: See below.

    Cons: Worst exchange in Australia, I convert 20 of bitcoin to lightning and they block my withdrawal, huh my account was approved so why the dictatorship attitude? Treating me like a criminal over a 20 buck purchase of btc, Just because I refuse to send fiat onto the exchange only because it's too high and many others offer this service for free.

    Overall: Worst exchange in Australia.
    Nah stay far away from them.
    I recommend Kraken for no drill bitcoin purchases.
    Or Binance for the experienced.
