    "Worst customer service "

    Pros: Technically the app and device works well most of the time. Some issues with connection but it is mainly mobile connection

    Cons: Customer service is really bad; technical support takes time to respond to some more than basic issues. Basic issues is ok but customer support for any urging else that is not technical basic is very very bad. To resolve issues takes long. Financial issues take longer. To contact the financial department is not possible. Do not recommend.

    Overall: App works ok; some connection issues; technical support is ok for basic issues. More complex issues takes weeks to resolve. Overall not good.
