Pros: It has all the features that are required for a recruiter, from sourcing, shortlisting to collaborating with my candidates. Really makes my life easy, Team at Bevov has helped build features like uploading individual candidates by automatically parsing resume details in their talent discovery.
Cons: Wish they had texting feature, which Bevov is planning to bring live soon.
Overall: Over past year they have added features to further ease my work and streamline our processes.
