    Pros: The Better HR HRMS Software is easy to use. Very convenient to make detailed payroll with that. SSB calculations and filled Form 15 can be generated easily. Yoma Bank transfer help us to transfer our employees salary in a safe way.

    Cons: Understanding the software is pretty hard. The modern tech kinda confusing. Our HR need technical knowledge to operate.

    Overall: After implementing the software system we did save our time. The software provide error free pay sheets. Employees can check their detailed payslips with their phone. Resource center feature help to train our employees. Good HR software to administrate businesses.

    "Good HR system for small businesses with multiple branches"

    Pros: Better HR Software design to adopt other countries law and regulation for more localized HR services. For example it has local calendar support for employee holidays and off-days. and also we can customize social security and provident funds according to any country's regulations. Cost is cheap compare to other products.

    Cons: The bank transfer option is not available to USA yet. The feature available for Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Singapore currently.

    Overall: The HR software is good for young entrepreneurs. Business owners might get complicated when it comes to labor law, so adopting a professional software isn't a bad option.
