Pros: Terrible product that was very generic. They make it impossible to cancel! Warning do not fall for this scam! Use a legitimate company this is not.
Cons: They make it extremely difficult to cancel! I have been trying to cancel for 6 months! Before the trial ended and they are still charging my card!

Cons: Everything. Service never worked with my Comcast router. Out over $$500 for this useless service. Then 6 months after I returned the 'box' which is a wi-fi extender from 2017, they are still charging my Amex. They said the box never showed back up. with their shipping label? total scam, run far away and don't turn back.
Overall: Horrible, waste of money, old tech, no customer service.

Pros: Cheap and seemed like it had the features we were looking for. When they were trying to get our business the sales service seemed good.
Cons: The equipment never worked when we got it. Horrible customer service trying to get it work. The entire “free trial” time was spect trying to get it hooked up… we never even used it.
Charged us passed the trial when we stated in writing we wanted to stop. A year later and they have been charging us monthly saying they didn’t get their equipment back.Overall: We own a restaurant in NY and wanted to try this product for email capture and we couldn’t find a company to beat the price (now I know why ugh). It took forever for the box to come and after it did, it didn’t work and we had a hard time getting anyone to help us. After stating in writing that we were not moving forward after the 30 day free trial as the box still wasn’t working at all. After a month of wasting our free trial time, we sent the box back and asked to not move forward with the actual service. We have come to find out they have been charging my us monthly for a year saying we never returned the equipment. We’ve had to report them to our credit card company to get our money back despite asking them to work with us directly to solve it. BEWARE.
