It offers a Notion-like editor built on blocks that support drag-and-drop content creation, nested structures, versioning, and branching workflows, so teams can experiment on branches, review changes, and merge updates into main content with confidence while retaining launch-ready history. BaseHub includes a type-safe GraphQL API and SDKs that enable developers to integrate content programmatically and query repositories from frameworks like Next.js or SvelteKit with minimal setup, supporting both dynamic and static content delivery.

"Don't do it" Posted 2026-02-07
Pros: The idea. The guys are also very friendly but not serious about running a business. 14 months of excuses.
Cons: To anyone thinking about moving to BaseHub, please be careful.
We've had nothing but issues over the year we've used them.
The idea is great, but that's about it. Quite literally any time we use BaseHub, something breaks. Wait 2 days for JB to hack together a fix which inevitably breaks something else.
Their caching implementation is horrendous. Unusable.
I feel bad leaving this comment as they're genuinely nice guys, but enough is enough.Overall: I'm not sure why they can't seem to get their act together, be it aggressive shipping, inexperience or something else.

I certainly hope they manage to bash their heads together, and when they do I'l be happy to report back when it's functioning.
