"I've given up after 8 years of frustration - it never categorises transactions"

    Posted 2024-12-09

Pros: Seems simple at the start.

Cons: But in the 8 years I've had it the tool has failed to automate categories for transactions. This should be blindingly simple and bread n butter for any finance software. Ive tried customer services a dozen times with every 'online chat' ending in failure and frustration. If they just had a telephone Helpdesk you could actually tap;k to instead of countless 'share screen' 'screen grab and send' followed by delay, change off shift and failure. I even tried on X to get some enthusiasm for a one to one tutor/help at my cost. But no.

A dud - and I'm off. One very frustrated potential customer lost

    Overall: Rubbish.

Pros: Intuitive interface. Great graphics. Gives multiple presentations of you financial situation. You own, not rent, the software.

Cons: Dose not do well when downloading from your financial institutions - especially credit cards.

Overall: The problems updating my statements were too often.
