Pros: I use both the AI-Studio tool and Persona from BHuman. Both tools work extremely well and take marketing to a whole new level. One of my personas imitates my writing style, for example, and has a large pool of basic knowledge that I have provided to it and responds fully automatically to incoming emails or informs me if an email cannot be answered with certainty. You can set everything up exactly as you wish and connect existing e-mail accounts without any problems.

The support team also helps spontaneously and quickly with problems.

Cons: So far I haven't noticed many negative things. A few design optimizations would be possible. Otherwise, there is nothing bad to report.

We use BHuman for send 'thank you' videos when someone fills out the form on our site. Setup was easy – we use Zapier to make videos send by themselves when a lead filles the form. People really like this personal approach. It make our brand feel special.

Also, we tried use Leadr to send videos to companies in Netherlands / Belgium on LinkedIn. This has been also very good so far, it has gotten many good leads. Videos are better than just text messages. We tried Linkedin outreach before but it never worked until using personalized videos inside.

And I must say, Dutch accent in videos from BHuman get much better in two months we use. At start, I worried if it sounds real, but now it is very good.

Cons: At first accent in Dutch sounded American, but that has been fixed.

Pros: My name is Sonia from Scorlice. Our company is testing their services and the quality is very poor. They are thieves because even after cancelling the subscription it comes back alone and continues charging us. They refuse refunds even though no credit has been used. Don't fall for it.

Pros: We started working with BHuman back in October of 2021. We are really impressed with what they’ve achieved so far! Our open rate shot up to 82%, and our reply rate from video is at 62%. A time-consuming part of our workflow is now automated because they send the initial video that breaks ice, people love to deal with people. When our team gets on the phone, the leads tend to be much warmer than your standard outbound call.
