About Azure Virtual Network
Azure Virtual Network gives you an isolated and highly-secure environment to run your virtual machines and applications. Use your private IP addresses and define subnets, access control policies, and more. Use Virtual Network to treat Azure the same as you would your own datacenter. Traffic between Azure resources in a single region, or in multiple regions, stays in the Azure network—intra-Azure traffic doesn’t flow over the Internet. In Azure, traffic for virtual machine-to-virtual machine, storage, and SQL communication only traverses the Azure network, regardless of the source and destination Azure region. Inter-region virtual network-to-virtual network traffic also flows entirely across the Azure network. Use Virtual Network to extend your on-premises IT environment into the cloud, like you set up and connect to a remote branch office. You have options to securely connect to a virtual network—choose an IPsec VPN or a private connection by using Azure ExpressRoute.
Tencent Cloud Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) helps you build an independent network space in Tencent Cloud and allows you to customize network segment classification, IP addresses, and routing policies. You can establish VPN tunnels through the public network/Direct Connect to connect the private network to other cloud resources and flexibly deploy hybrid clouds. Tencent Cloud supports VPC elastic scaling, eliminating the need to purchase, install and debug additional network devices, allowing for the flexible scaling of network resources as business scale changes and enhancing business development. You can implement resource access control at the port and instance levels through network ACLs and security groups and grant minimum account permissions through CAM to comprehensively improve your network security. Network ACL is a stateless virtual firewall that can filter selected packets and control the inbound and outbound data traffic on a subnet at the protocol and port levels.

Amazon Virtual Private Cloud
Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) is a service that lets you launch AWS resources in a logically isolated virtual network that you define. You have complete control over your virtual networking environment, including selection of your own IP address range, creation of subnets, and configuration of route tables and network gateways. You can use both IPv4 and IPv6 for most resources in your virtual private cloud, helping to ensure secure and easy access to resources and applications. As one of AWS's foundational services, Amazon VPC makes it easy to customize your VPC's network configuration. You can create a public-facing subnet for your web servers that have access to the internet. It also lets you place your backend systems, such as databases or application servers, in a private-facing subnet with no internet access.

Oracle Virtual Cloud Network
Customers define VCNs according to specific workload IP address requirements, and can divide a VCN into smaller ranges using private or public subnets or assign multiple IP addresses to a single VCN. Extend existing on-premises networks and interconnects using virtual routers and gateways. Customers use peering gateways to connect different VCNs within a tenancy, or to connect securely to other tenancies. FastConnect allows customers to connect directly to their OCI virtual cloud network via dedicated, private, high-bandwidth connections. Then, based on the amount of data, customers simply chose an appropriate port speed and pay a consistent, low price each month. Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
A single VPC can span multiple regions without communicating across the public internet. For on-premises, you can share a connection between VPC and on-premises resources with all regions in a single VPC. With a single VPC for an entire organization, teams can be isolated within projects, with separate billing and quotas, yet still maintain a shared private IP space and access to commonly used services. Google Cloud VPCs let you increase the IP space of any subnets without any workload shutdown or downtime. This gives you flexibility and growth options to meet your needs. VPC can automatically set up your virtual topology, configuring prefix ranges for your subnets and network policies, or you can configure your own. You can also expand CIDR ranges without downtime.
