    Pros: Easy to use. You buy outright, only yearly fee for tech support and upgrades. Non cloud based - is very important - if internet goes down, we can still work.

    Cons: No modern texting features. Has a very unreliable generic texting built in. They have been promising a modernization of texting for 2 years.
    Additional station licenses very expensive.
    Features built into most systems are extra cost per month - like labor lookups, tech support. Various run time errors encountered, slow to fix.

    Overall: The first 5 years we loved this program, but new features are very slow to come. Currently we are shopping for a new shop management program, because we live in a texting world.

    Pros: Non-Internet Based. And no Monthly Cost. System Is Very User Friendly.

    Cons: There is not really Anything I Don't Like About This Program.

    Overall: Great System. Have Used For 16 Years. Would Recommend To Anyone.
