    "Great Free version"

    Posted 2021-12-09

Pros: With the free version, it did a pretty good job at noise cancelation and normalization. You can set the decibel level, which is a plus as podcasts are supposed to be standardized these days.

Cons: Haven't tried the paid version so unsure if there is much difference besides extra monthly uploads.

Overall: Overall, if you have a weekly podcast or only need limited audio pre-production, this is a great alternative to the expensive production services and software out there.

    "Impossible to get customer service"

    Posted 2021-04-19

Pros: Being able to fix audio when voice sounds different. Could be nice to use if you could get a good tutorial or customer online support.

Cons: Customer service is VERY difficult to locate and most often I have to put up with my issue, figure it out myself, or cancel my project.

Overall: Not so great. I have continued to get stuck trying to find answers to questions and it's almost impossible to get someone to respond. First you have to try to find where to go for help other than going to help and getting a list of questions that don't apply to what you need. I think the program is decent, but if you get stuck; good luck!
