    Pros: customer support is really helpful and helped me with tips and tricks to get moving even further.
    cms is easy to use
    lots of integrations for marketing
    look and feel is easily customizable to adjust to my own brand

    Cons: Nothing so far :-)
    i wanted to customize their website template even more, but that could not be done due to restrictions because of functionalities, so i started to use their API in combination with my own website. That made me more than happy

    Overall: Excellent software; streaming works well all over the world, is easy to use, and offers good value for the price.
