Pros: Easy to use platform, founder and CEO really knows what he's doing. More personal than larger real estate crowdfunding platforms.
Cons: Haven't run across any real cons. I guess compared to larger real estate crowdfunding platforms, there are less deals available, but the quality of these deals seems much better, with better due diligence.
Overall: I found Asym Capital through the CEO and founder's real estate podcast, Cash Flow Connections. I also read his book on raising money for real estate. I highly recommend Asym if you are interested in investing in real estate. Their online platform is easy to use, and the company overall is top notch.
