Assessment Generator

Pros: It provides useful information to my customers. It helps them to see where they stand. The customers have found it helpful.

Cons: There is a limit to the number of assessments you can do.

Overall: I have had good success with the product and they keep updating and adding features. Would love to have automated content be provided to users based on scores.

Pros: This assessment could do what I wanted which was to take answers to questions, assign values, and then give computed results and put those in both text and graphic form.
The support team was able to answer my questions and give me the help I needed.

Cons: The price for some customizations was more than I liked but it was worth it given what else was available.

Overall: I'm happy with Assessment Generator and would definitely recommend it to others looking for something more powerful than a quiz or survey app.

Pros: The tool did almost everything I needed. The team worked with me to help design the best assessment at an affordable price. It has become an essential lead magnet and framework for my business. I would highly recommend it.

Cons: My only desire is to have a reporting function that produces a matrix grid based on the results. No other tool can do this and it requires that I create a custom report outside the tool.

Overall: Amazing overall experience with the tool and the team. I would highly recommend it to coaches, authors or business owners who are trying to create an engagement tool or lead magnet for their business.

Pros: They offer a very personalized one on one relationship that makes any project from birth to cradle seamless. Able to transformer ideas my undeveloped ideas into functional and profitable assessments.

Cons: I have used Assessment Generator numerous times for development of new assessments and to post assessments we currently had, and it no point have I had any issues that haven’t been resolved within minutes. I truly can’t think of any kinds of working with this company.

Overall: If you need Assessment work done and or a platform to deliver your assessments, no-need to look any further.

Pros: The existing vendor for my assessment sold the business and the new owner was not responsive and impacting customer satisfaction and the relationship was not going to be sustainable. A colleague provided a link to Assessment Generator. Working with Assessment Generator has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had this past year, It was easy to load our assessment on to their platform, We made suggestions to improve our assessment and Assessment Generator was able to handle them with ease.

Cons: To date I have not experienced and single area where Assessment Generator has not met or exceeded my expectations.

Overall: We now have an assessment that is better designed, provides better feedback to the end user, saves a bunch of money and Jen Sparks is always ready willing and able to help and answer questions.

I look forward to continuing to work with Assessment Generator as a partner to help us continuously improve our product offerings.

Pros: This platform was incredibly easy to use and intuitive to learn. I had our first assessment up and running just an hour after logging in. For our applications, we needed some pretty complex customization. The AG team was incredibly responsive and really dug in to fully understand what we were trying to accomplish. Once direction was set, they quickly accomplished the programming and came in on budget and on time. When tweaks have been needed (due to our miscalculations, not theirs), they were on it quickly and efficiently. They have become an integral part of our team.

Cons: Some of the functionality around pasting content into the platform from another source was a bit awkward at first, but once I went through it a few times it wasn't an issue at all.

Overall: Assessment Generator is a natural extension of our own team. Their platform and expertise has allowed us to rapidly upgrade our assessment complexity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

+ Amazing team that providers great support

Cons: UI could use improvement and it does take some time to learn, but the functionality is extensive and the help team is always there for you!

Overall: We did a big audit of different assessment style tools, and nothing came close. The tool lets you create complete assessments that give hyper-personalized feedback to users based on their responses. On top of that, webhooks and integrations with Zapier make it really easy to build into workflows. Super powerful tool that helped take our program to the next level.

Pros: The ease of setting up assessments. It took me less than 20 minutes to setup our first assessment with brand colors to it. I was using another survey company, and was having issues getting what I needed from the surveys. After working with Assessment Generator I cancelled my subscription with company. I now receive my features, and better service, for less than what I was paying the survey company.

Cons: One issue was the fact that I had to add our logo to each assessment, which was tedious and a waste of time. However, I spoke with Annette about my concern. She asked if she could do some research on her part, and promised to get back to me the following business day. She got back to me the next day and advised me they could add the logo to our assessments for us.

Overall: Service is important for, and their service is excellent. They truly want to partner with their clients, and that makes for a great business relationship. Assessment Generator is now a virtual part of my business, by allowing me to provide assessments as a value-added service for my organization.

Pros: I love the ease of the platform, it took me minutes to create my first assessment. The support from the team has been great as I then developed a customized report that they programmed in for me. Top shelf!

Cons: I have no issues with Assessment Generator. Love them.

Overall: What can I say? Fantastic service, easy to use the platform, I would highly recommend Assessment Generator.

Pros: Excellent support both "out of the box" and creative development. Often reaching out to their leadership team, responses are timely and responsive to meeting my objectives.

Cons: Absolutely NONE! The team is always "there" to support my requests and propose solutions to technological challenges, some of which they solve by helping me along a learning curve and others by helping me find creative modifications. I am completely satisfied with their warmth and expertise.

Overall: Assessment Generator is at the top of its field both in customer care and technical capabilities. I always look forward to talking with them no matter what the platform whether email or Zoom.

Pros: I like the fact that I can customize assessments to meet my specific needs. Often I found with other vendors a limited functionality outside of their stock templates. Assessment Generator allows me the option to use their templates or build an entire project from scratch.

Cons: The only challenge I've had was the lack of a notification feature for assessment results by group. However, when I reached out with questions, they saw value in my request not only for myself but for all users and they developed a plan to make it happen. The turn-around time from concept to working function was rather quick and has been an important feature that I've offered my users.

Overall: My overall experience has been outstanding! The platform is relatively easy to navigate. The customer support has been among the best I've experienced and the value offered for the price, no one else is even close.

Pros: Competitive pricing, intuitive setup, robust features, including custom branding options, and customer service that is ultra-responsive and always goes above and beyond to help you optimize the tool to grow your business.

Cons: The only con I can think of is being limited to 6 assessments on the basic plan. However, that is just because of the way we use it. I think it would be more than sufficient under normal circumstances.

Overall: I compared Assessment Generator to some other online survey/assessment tools and initially went with them because of their good price to value. I’m so glad I did as the capabilities and service continuously exceed my expectations. I feel like I have a partner, not just a platform, for implementing an excellent tool to grow my business.
