Overall: Shady business, greedy, haphazard, I wouldn't continue use if it was free, seriously. Luckily disputing charges is not hard to do.

The most disappointing part came after my trial ended when I wanted to find out the pricing for their memberships. I couldn't access the main site and reached out to their support. Unfortunately, it took them over 36 hours to respond to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up. Finally, I received a response with a link to their pricing, which indicated $20 monthly and $40 monthly options. However, I was charged $97 for a monthly membership instead. When I questioned this, their explanation was that they were conducting AB testing on new pricing models, and the option I saw was no longer available. They showed no intention of reintroducing that price, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed.

Overall: All in all, my experience with this service was marred by dishonest pricing practices and a lack of timely communication. It's disheartening given the patience I showed during the trial and my expectation of good service.

When I asked customer support why this is the case and why they charge their customers when their product doesn't live up to its promises, they replied that they recently added a new engine, and it is clearly stated that it is a demo product. Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank you! I can simply use ChatGPT for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use ChatGPT as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage.

Overall: I personally can't use it for anything since it generates rubbish content. They also do not offer a refund under any circumstances.
