"Excellent platform" Posted 2024-05-24
Pros: The capacity for 5000 photos as well as the ability to sell my work and enter different exhibitions.
Cons: There is no check for viewers under 18. You have to set up passwords for NSFW galleries.
Overall: No complaints. Good layout, ease of setting up galleries and help is easily accessible if anyone runs into difficulties. Excellent value. Don’t heed the nay-sayers!

"Not for Artists" Posted 2023-10-26
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: You need to pay for your art submissions before you can upload your images, and then you find out that you only have 60 minutes to figure out how to navigate the site. My submissions went into a "black hole." (That was exactly the error message I received). Then I couldn't figure out how to return to the image submission page. It was impossible. Not at all intuitive. Full of glitches.
Overall: A waste of time and very frustrating. An art organization I belong to has just decided to switch to this platform. WHY?

"Wasted My Day" Edited 2023-08-01
Pros: In the end, nothing. I could not find a single thing that went right. Since it saved none of my info. The only thing that went halfway well was uploading and cropping artwork. The artwork I couldn't submit.
Cons: I started trying to upload items to an application for an Art Call, which sent me to this site. Maybe it was a mistake. As this looks like a website for selling work. The free version allows inly six works to be uploaded. The call specified up to 19. It timed out after 60 minutes. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but it wouldn't upload my documents or my images on the application form.i had to type Statement. Resume, and biography by hand. Which completely sucked and took forever. Every time it dumped me off the site it didn't save anything I entered. I literally spent six hours trying to enter this show. Which I never, ever did. Not for lack of trying. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to enter an art show online.
Overall: Horrible. And I didn't even see anywhere to contact customer service. I don't even know if there was another place on the site I should have been on. I don't see how any of this related to entering an art show.

"Terrible!!!!!!!" Posted 2023-03-26
Pros: Their page is extremely complicated to understand. Customer service even worse. They never respond by phone or email. If you try to call - good luck! They never answer their phone and if you leave a message they do not call back.
Cons: Couldn’t figure it out and could never get assistance!
Overall: Frustrating and infuriating - I hope exhibitors and galleries can find a much better way for artists to submit their work. The site is visually bad but worse extremely difficult to figure out.
