Applauz Recognition

Pros: I like that I can reward hard work and extra effort with a few clicks of my mouse. I love that other Team members can see who is really killing it and strive to do better. I love that I can issue rewards points rather than sending gift cards and people can choose their preferred reward.

Cons: I had a couple of issues with the Marketplace shipping to some overseas countries.

Overall: Stephan was very easy to work with and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I loved that Team members could award points to each other and build bonds and team cohesion through Applauz. I like that anonymous company surveys gave the Team a chance to honestly weigh in on the company. I loved that there were a lot of options in the Marketplace to reimburse points for.

Pros: Applauz has been a very useful tool in engaging our employees and adding incentives to our various initiatives.

Cons: Nothing to note at the moment. We are using the system regularly with no complaints.

Overall: Applauz has been easy to use and helpful in communicating with employees. It is a fun way to show recognition and accolades.

Pros: Applauz has been a game changer for our organization, our employees speak highly of Applauz, this has boosted employee morale and our teams all over Canada are able to see what our staff are being recognized for, which keeps everyone in the loop.

Cons: Would like to receive updates on any new changes, we unfortunately don't hear from them. License charges are in USD.

Overall: Applauz is an extremely easy to use recognition platform, our organization feels much more engaged, and there has been nothing but positive responses from all of our staff. This platform has definitely contributed to our Great Place to Work certification!
