Customers use the suite address at the checkout after purchasing goods online and their packages are delivered to our warehouse, we take photographs for quality check, repackage, consolidate if requested by the customers, we provide storage for up to 14 days, we send the shipments to our customers on air freight with our partner DHL or they can select their own shipping company. They receive their packages at their doorstep via DHL.
