    Pros: Highly secure - SSO and advanced security policies.
    Comes at a affordable price point and pay as you use model.
    Available across platforms - Windows , mac , Android , iOS and web.
    Also available as Chime SDK to integrate communications features to your own app.
    Basic features are free.

    Cons: Lacks the advanced features provided by its competitors like Teams and Zoom.
    Outdated and sluggish interface for desktop app.

    Overall: Amazon Chime is a very basic video conferencing solution. Despite a great pricing model it lags much behind its competition due to missing advanced features.

    Pros: Amazon Chime is a reliable video conferencing platform based on a pay-per-use model. It offers basic features for free and offers affordable upgrades. It is a simple platform which is easy to use while maintaining privacy features.

    Cons: User interface is pretty basic and a bit lacking for modern appeal. Also Chime misses out on some advanced features offered by it's competitors.

    Overall: While it is a reliable platform for video conferencing, Amazon Chime is perhaps too simple for power users. However it covers all the basic needs and is quite affordable.

    Pros: #1- It's one of the best and high standard video conferencing tools.
    #2- It can be integrated with the Slack app, gives you every functionally on Slack workspace.
    #3- It gives almost every useful features such as screen sharing, recording and notepad.

    Cons: #1- We had an overall positive experience with Amazon Chime.

    Overall: Amazon Chime is a productive Meeting platform. We had an overall positive experience with it. It gives us a place to start a high standard video meeting with a few easy steps. It also supports Slack app integrations gives me easy to get connected from the Slack channel.
