    "Good, but could be great..."

    Pros: Good looking layout.
    Good concept. it is much better than having staff enter the room to interrupt your current patient procedures to ask that you leave your patient to go see theirs.

    Cons: Neds different tones for different providers.
    Needs timers next to each message to know each one's order and wait time.
    Needs ability to delete individual messages instead of all or nothing.

    Overall: Satisfies basic needs but i'm almost ready to design my own app since they are not evolving or updating their software. It's becoming dated.
