    "Cheaper than Hotels"

    Pros: It is cheaper to stay in an Airbnb than a hotel. I also really like how a ton of Airbnbs have some type of kitchen in it. I am not one who wants to go out to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner when I am on a vacation for 6-8 days, that gets old real quick. So, it is nice having places that have kitchens for my family and I to cook in. This also saves a lot of money.

    Cons: You have to pay upfront. Unlike a hotel where you pay when you check-in, you do have to pay upfront on Airbnb.

    Overall: Overall, if you are wanting to stay in some unique places that isn't your typical hotel Airbnb is the way to go.

    Pros: Airbnb has such a great reputation which allows it to have so many listings to offer. It's the best way to travel because there is such a range for whatever you need.

    Cons: Usually, at the fault of the homeowner, some listings are portrayed as being better than they actually are.

    Overall: Overall, this is the best app to use for hosting people when coming into town or when I travel! It's the first thing that I check to see what's available.

    Pros: This software is so easy to use to get away from the house and enjoy your weekend or evening! This software is also so easy to use as a property manager, you can charge fees, dispute issue all within the application it is amazing and easy to use for owners as well.

    Cons: NOTHING! This application is just amazing and so easy to use. Highly recommend.

    Overall: AirBNB has helped me plan so many easy/cheap vacations with amazing places to stay! Anyone with a vacation needing to be planned use this app next time!
