"Our users are excited and pleased" Posted 2024-04-19
Pros: We abandoned our underdeveloped in-house solution which was not friendly for collaboration with other entities. After much research (and vendor demonstration), we decided to implement X-Fire within our existing IT environment. Agnovi worked with us to answer all our questions and were quick to provide guidance during our implementation. Their technical and sales team were fantastic. We just wish we had made this decision sooner.
Cons: No CONS at this point. We may submit a couple idea for future enhancements, but they are more specific to our needs.
Overall: The Agnovi team was very responsive and helpful. The X-Fire software installation and configuration was straight forward.
