Overall: Before the redesign, Adobe Connect had its challenges (specially around dial-in). The new design is much better. It is a stable, reliable platform that does breakouts and pods really well. The app is fast and easy to install.

Pros: As a main pro we know that Adobe Connect has perfect voice playback and recording, we have had no complaints about it from any customer. We were able to set up external online conference integration in addition to the VOIP integration to the toolset. We have been able to allow slide control when there are webinars, previously it was very complicated and it slowed us down a lot. We have also been able to make the recording of such seminars so that customers or consultants who cannot attend can take the information when they need it. We were able to collect a lot of emails to follow up on each report.

Cons: We have lost space in the email and the respective Chatlog format. Sometimes there is no web browser compatibility at all, it somehow forces us to use the browser they want and not the browser we use in the company.

Overall: We highly recommend Adobe Connect for streaming webinars, some of which are participant-driven presentations. It has excellent integration with VOIP programs so the reach is not only in video mode but also in audio mode.

Pros: This software has an extremely advanced user interaction, it shows us in a sidebar how all the material works well and correctly. When we try to connect and dial the server it usually works fine. Although sometimes when we have a presentation there are problems reading it, in general, most of the slides are read properly and correctly.

Cons: Certain times we have connection problems with the videos, in spite of that we attach them with time at the moment of its reproduction always happens some error and it does not allow to reproduce in a correct way, which can be quite difficult to try to observe what at the moment is transmitted.
