Pros: Ease of use, can see all employees and clients in one screen, can move shifts around. Very reasonably priced!
Cons: Would like an app instead of just online version; connection with state requirements isn't available.
Overall: Great program for scheduling clients and aides! Does everything you want it to do and is easy to use! Very reasonably priced!

Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Always patient with my questions and flexible on scheduling time to connect.
Cons: I would love to see more FAQs out there so I can self-help.

Pros: Easy to use features, you can use the platform for payroll, marketing, caregiver onboarding, Care plans/assessments for patients.
Cons: No cons to add for the system, as long as you take your time to watch the training videos, easy to use.
Overall: I have been using AdaCare for almost 2 years now, the software is super affordable and great to use, the system can be used to run my entire Agency, I stay on top of work while keeping staff informed, It is easy to use for Administration, Caregivers, clients and their families. AdaCare also has many educational videos to help me out when I am stuck, also the support staff is here to assist me when needed. As a CEO this has definitely been a game changer, had a few other subscriptions that I canceled because AdaCare does it all.

Pros: AdaCare is easy to use. Our client and caregivers schedules are accessible to us wherever we are. The customer support team is unmatched.
Cons: It wasn't really an issue but, in the beginning we had to work with customer service to ensure Canadian taxes could be applied.
Overall: AdaCare is easy to use. The support team is always there for us when needed. We have been using AdaCare for 3 years and couldn't be happier.

Pros: The ease of scheduling, billing, and payroll make our jobs easier to do. It is user friendly and fun to poke around in to find new tricks for ease of use.
Cons: There are no cons to-date. It has made managing time much easier for scheduling, payroll, and billing.
Overall: Great experience with amazing customer service. Their turn around time is fast, and the issues are always addressed and resolved.

Pros: Listens carefully to what I am asking and never rush to conclusions before fully understanding the issue.
Excellent at understanding the my problems, even when I don't know how to describe them in technical terms, which shows that you understand your role and are proactive.
The fact that you always ask if there's anything else you can do for meCons: There are not any cons! Outstanding support every time!
Overall: I wish all customer service was as good as yours! Yours is by far the best of any companies I have ever communicated with in all my years of work... and that's a lot!

Pros: It's really pretty easy and you can call support and talk to a real person. I were usig excel and it was just too hard until we found adacare, easy easy easy. And it has a lot of features too. Also very inexpensive.
Cons: Maybe more features than I need. But no complaints at all.
Overall: Well it was quick to sign up and get started, and then they called us to do free training. It was pretty easy and I called for help a few times and they were were very helpful. No complaints.
