Pros: Very responsive, knowledgeable staff, very easy to navigate platform, comprehensive policy templates.

Cons: High ongoing cost for our particular small nonprofit organization with very low compliance risk.

Overall: Exactly what we needed for starting up! We would have preferred being able to manage the program on our own after initial startup, rather than being locked into a year's subscription. Suggest Accountable offer a startup package for organizations who wish to manage their own compliance program and just need some help with the initial establishment of the program.

Pros: --HIPAA and Security Awareness training and team Member tracking.
--Policy Set., templates, customization, publication and tracking of Team Member review.

Cons: Absence of ability for system to automatically track/issue reminders for team members with outstanding or delinquent training.

Overall: Out of the box, Accountable provided controls in the form of a HIPAA compliant policy set and the ability to customize and publish this set to team members. This was further enhanced by the ability to track team member acknowledgement of review. Annual team member HIPAA Compliance and Security Awareness Training was also a quick win, using built-in training and tracking. These and other features and services such as breach reporting workflows and responsive account representatives, allowed Dina to quickly validate HIPAA compliance and establish a trustworthy core security baseline from which to further mature our information security management program.

GREAT staff/GREAT response time.

Cons: Data request functionality needs more flexibility/customization.

Overall: Great experience with ease of use and tracking required trainings.
