    Pros: User friendly software. I've been using this software since 2003.
    Simple to install and easy to update.

    Cons: The tax years 2019 and 2020 are the worst experience with the ATX Tax software. The software is crashing all the time or unable to open at all.

    Overall: The worst experience with the ATX for the tax years 2019 and 2020.

    I spend hours on telephone with the tech personal to make software working properly. A few minutes ago the 2020 software got "fixed" but it continues crashing and hours of work getting lost.
