    "Just keeps getting better!"

    Edited 2023-08-29

Pros: Easy to use. Access to all subjects and grade levels. Increased student engagement. And the free version has more than enough content and features to be useful.

Cons: None specific to Anton, and nothing that cannot easily be fixed with accessibility features built into most devices.

Overall: This perfect for me as a self contained special education teacher with students at various levels of academic ability. The students love earning coins and using them to customize their avatars or monsters.

"Why am I just finding this now?? "

    Posted 2023-08-25

    Pros: Easy to use.
    ALL subjects.
    Fun exercises.
    Good gamification.
    The REPORTS.
    Cool avatars.
    My students love it.
    Fun games.

Cons: Can be a bit sparse content-wise in certain subjects (social studies, music).

Overall: I heard about this from a friend. So glad she turned me onto this. I use it in my class all the time. It took me about 10 minutes from free download to the point where I could actually have my students using it. That's crazy easy for edtech in the classroom. All of the content aligns to my curriculum and I use it for stations, study time, and free time. The kids love playing it. I used the free version for over a year without any problems.
I started using the plus version (which is still super affordable) and the extra features are really nice for classroom use. Can't recommend it enough.

"Great free educational and fun app for kids"

    Posted 2023-08-23

Pros: This app is awesome! It's educational, fun, free, has no ads, no annoying background music, and has calm animations. It's everything I wanted in an app for my 5 year old. She's been using it for over a year and loves earning coins to play the games. I like how it organizes subsections within the subjects. I'm actually using it as a foundation for homeschooling this year and following the order of lessons and supplementing with worksheets and hands on activities.

Cons: There's not much to not like about this app. Maybe having more Spanish lessons but I'm sure they will get around to it.

Overall: Overall, this app is great. I don't feel guilty giving my child my phone to entertain her if we are somewhere she can't run around and is bored. I know she's entertained but also learning things so it's a win-win. I'd recommend this to anyone with a child.

    "Awesome!"

    Posted 2023-08-23

Pros: My son enjoys the lessons. It's easy to navigate. Great alternative to Ixl. It's mostly free. It helps streamline lessons we're already working on.

Cons: There's not much I don't like except there could be more content.

Overall: So far I like Anton better than any of the alternatives. The ease of use for both student and teacher gives me more time to focus on my student

    "Best IXL alternative "

    Posted 2023-07-21

Pros: The school of my kids have been using it for the past school year - with great success so far.
    - covers all subjects preK to grade 8
    - entire curriculum, all free
    - works on all devices
    - my kids like to learn with it, the avatars and games make learning fun

Cons: - no high school content today
    - i would like the option to get a progress report for my kids via e-mail

Overall: It's fair to say that my kids have tried almost everything that is out there and we like Anton the most by far. Thumbs up!

    "Best Kid's Learning App"

    Posted 2022-09-02

Pros: - All of their content is free. Seriously. And no ads.
    - They align to my state standards.
    - They have all the subjects: math, science, reading, music, languages.
    - They don't need any of my personal info - no email!
    - My kids love it. They play for fun on their own because they like it.
    - It's a really clean interface. Not excessive like some apps

Cons: You can't download content offline with the free version. But I guess this is to be expected.

Overall: I think this is a really good app for kids and I would recommend it to anyone. You know your kids are playing material they will see in class and are getting their extra lessons in without you having to push them. The avatars are also really fun!
