The Vacation Rental Platform Central (VRPc) is a system that receives your inventory data and builds webpages and a booking system with that data. The data is usually uploaded from a Property Management System, Distribution Channel or can be used in a Stand-Alone mode. Because there is one instance of the main code, the VRPc has many advantages over the “one-off” model that is used by our competitors. The VRPc software runs on a state-of-the-art server that is designed and optimized for this purpose only. One instance of the code means that fixes or enhancements apply automatically to all customer systems. This keeps product costs low. Automatically deliver the correct design layout for the device used, add rates, taxes and commissions to booking, bundle items like; tickets, tours and meal plans into booking, control online inventory by complexes, location or type, include inventory from multiple property managers.
