Pros: – A solid, unintuitive solution to ensure frontline managers are following scheduling and communication processes
– Rock-solid integrations with our tech stack (POS and Payroll) plus their API allows us to build other things we need
– Helps us keep an eye on our top-line labor costs and ensure that each location in our group is hitting their targets.Cons: Since there are no many new things being added, sometimes the platform changes around without us knowing. There is a small learning curve to move some operators off excel.
Overall: 7shifts has been an integral part of our business operations. We've seen significant labor optimizations (-4%) across our business as we now have a solution which can scale with our operations as we grow.
