Overall: I’ve been using 1min.AI mainly for its Multi AI chat, document processing, and sometimes for image generation. For me, the best part is how it brings together a bunch of different AI models in one place. Instead of bouncing between sites for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others, I can just pick the one I want and get straight to work. The AI for documents is a real time saver—summarizing, searching, and even answering questions from PDFs is super handy.

Surprisingly, the mobile app is really solid. I was expecting it to be a stripped down version, but it actually works well and has most of the features I need. It’s convenient when I’m on the go and need to check somethin or run a quick prompt.

Now, here’s my main gripe - call me a cheap f....k - the credit system. I get that running all these AI models isn’t free, and every platform they connect to uses credits in some form. But sometimes, when I use a tool that’s supposed to be “muscle” (like heavy document analysis or big image generation), it burns through credits at a crazy rate—especially when the results aren’t even that impressive. What bugs me most is there’s no clear way to see if, say, using ChatGPT direct would cost the same number of credits, or if 1min.AI is adding a markup. No one has time to run the same prompt on five different sites just to compare costs.

They do have a built in option to rate the results and promise up to 50% credit refunds if you’re not satisfied, but in my experience, I never actually got half my credits back, even for pretty mediocre outputs. That’s my biggest beef with the site.

All that said, 1min.AI is still a really useful tool if you want multiple AI models and features in one spot, especially if you’re using it a lot for chat and documents. Just be prepared to keep an eye on your credits, and maybe don’t expect miracles every time you run a heavy task.

If you try to contact support it is agonizingly slow, taking 48 hours to respond to an email. No relevant answer is given, it's never their fault...
So I find myself with a monthly PRO subscription of $9.68 even though I had paid for a PRO LIFETIME subscription (for life) of $49 (with taxes)(on STACK-SOCIAL).
This is simply a scam.
Otherwise, in terms of available AI, the offer is complete.

Pros: Multi-chat function is great. I also use image generator and other tools for generating teaching materials. Magic notebook is a fun little tool while navigating other sections.

I also like the dashboard and its possibility to build your own portfolio of AI models for your specific needs apart from the many already pre-made portfolios. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for all my AI needs.

Cons: One thing I find a bit inconvenient is keeping track of how many credits each search costs. I also wish there were more YouTube videos explaining the features and best practices.

Pros: Has several programs already set up for creative businesses like mine (web design) I love that you can train your AI to your company's voice. They are continually adding new features, when I first started my account the features were robust but there weren't that many of them. Now there are some new features that are still blowing my socks off. The Coding AI is also perfect for web design (not all of us want AI to do everything but the help this is providing is perfect)

Cons: The customer service is not so great. You get an automated response letting you know they received your request (great) but then it goes off the rails, I get the email from the CSR and it give me a link to add more to my ticket at 5am by 2pm they have closed the ticket I added more detail and never received a reply.
They give you an error message when the AI's doesn't return an answer, that you will be contacted and reimbursed for the credits you've spent in 48 hours. It's been 9 days and no response.

Overall: I totally love this site for my business, out of the 4 that I have paid for. If you never need any help with credit reimbursement, then this site is great!

Pros: I like the choice of all the different AIs, of them X's Grok is there. I also like all the different tools available to you once you pay for a plan. Credits refresh daily, and there's also ways to earn more credits. Unused credits roll over to the next month as long as you're on one of the paid plans.

Cons: There's only two things that I have a gripe about:
- There's no mobile app for Android (you have to access it via mobile web)
- Without paying for the services, your credits expire (I don't have that problem as I pay for a plan)

Overall: Overall, it's a great product if you can afford to pay for it. Without the credit rollover, I just don't think that it's worth it.

Pros: Cost - significantly cheaper than my monthly subscription to a single GPT platform. Easy to use multi-chat feature.

Cons: None so far - I can imagine though how the credits will get used up quickly if you use the other features (e.g. Image generator) specific to more specialised industries/applications.

Overall: It is good for my current daily work - like having a PA, the multi-chat feature is just so easy to use. I availed of the offer through PC World and now have lifetime access. You also get 15,000 credits daily for logging in - so it is unlikely you will run out of credits if you just use the multi-chat feature.

Pros: The lifetime subscription offers you a useful and comprehensive set of AI-tools, even for AI-newbies.

Cons: The usage of more complex AI models (especially for image-generation) is very costly and even with the lifetime subscription plans the monthly budget of credits is limited.

Overall: Still, the costs are communicated very transperanty and the prices are adequate considering all the API connections to the AI--service providers they have to pay.

Pros: I like the multitude of solutions that are integrated into 1minAi, I find almost all my needs, I have recommended the site to friends.

Cons: The web interface isn't exactly intuitive, but otherwise I have no particular comments.

Overall: I use the platform on a daily basis, especially for multi-chat, image creation and text generation. I find all the AIs available as they evolve.
