SEAL is a file-transfer service for sharing documents, media, design files, datasets and archives through temporary links. In the web app, files are encrypted in-browser before upload; CLI encryption is local. Senders can set expiry, passwords, single-use access, download limits or NDA gates, review a signed access log, and revoke hosted access. Recipients open links in a browser without an account. SEAL also offers a Telegram bot and Mini App, a CLI, SDK, HTTP API and local stdio MCP server. AI agents can share or request files and secrets; after pairing, files can go to a SEAL inbox while the agent receives a handle instead of a link. The Telegram bot encrypts files on its host, so chat attachments pass through Telegram's infrastructure first; its Mini App encrypts on-device. Each seal includes up to 1 GB and seven days. One-time upgrades add capacity and lifetime; individual files are limited to 10 GB.
