Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I sold my practice 8 months ago and still billed monthly despite full transfer and weekly calls to cancel. Incredulously, even with screen sharing Suijin (their employee) found my account did not have the feature required for me to disconnect service and said no one could stop service for me… round and round we have gone. DO NOT USE THEM I've been using eClinicalWorks for approximately 6 years. It has one of the best user interfaces I have found. Very user friendly. There are easy ways to make new templates and merge notes which saves a lot of time. Highly recommended. Cons Impossible to discontinue service so overbilled 8 months!! When first starting I found it to be somewhat cumbersome. The layout took some time to get used to but once you get it, it works great.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use user interface and all in one place EHR, Practice Management and the Billing System. Quick to identify if any charges are missed to submit with a click of a button. Auto Insurance Verification is another big plus as we don’t wast time going to Availity and payor websites. eMedicalPractice eFax saves lot of time and money. AI based progress note generation is a game changer for our providers. Billing software is easy to use and we can submit more than 12 ICD codes and More CPT codes, define rule that can save lot time and human error. The staff is friendly and have the live Phone support at least to express the any problem we have. Two factors our practice required-customizable practice software and excellent customer support. eMedicalPractice has the most affordable total practice management software on the market. It has all the bells & whistles that a growing practice needs, including patient monitoring and the registration kiosk. The EHR integration was easy - and the upgraded RCM service-we needed. Happy Doctors, happy employees & happy patients. Thank you eMed! Cons Nothing much to say, I would be better if we can have a text based knowledge base. They have help videos but text is easy to search this is my own preference. None at all so far, not even a hiccup, training was easy & thorough.
