It is the heart of our organization and keeps our member information safe with provides an excellent reporting tool to track all the data that we enter. I handle dues and membership reporting and our database is the main tool that I need to do my job accurately and efficiently. Our organization, IATSE Local 800 engaged WinMill software to create our database in 2011. This was not a small task due to a merger of 4 IATSE Locals with 4 separate databases which containing duplicate members to be merged into one database, for a total of about 2300 members at the time.
