Pros from Real Users Pros End-to-end document management, from printing to archiving, with all steps in between. I am constantly amazed at the thought and depth that goes into this product suite. I love all the useful features embedded in this software. Using rule files I can create custom forms and read/write data directly from/to BBx files from BASIS International. I can add documents to the archive and create cross-referenced links to other documents. I can even use the internal object-oriented programming to do more operations. Everything is spelled out nicely in the documentation and when I need help beyond that, I get timely answers through their support ticket system. I haven't had a chance to use the DocFlow document routing system yet, but look forward to it. Easy to use. Create the forms in MS Word and save as a PDF or PCL in minutes. Not sure what programmer needed this crap for, but it's biting us in the butt now. I suppose some small part of our solution uses it to generate reports of some kind. But likely better options exist now and likely existed when it was first made too. I like the flexibility the most, if you can dream it up in your head you can do it with UnForm. When I first started in using it in 2001 I installed the software, learned enough to be useful and was producing documents with it by the end of the first day. Since then I have used it for many clients, saving a lot of money on forms costs and eventually doing things we had never done before, such as document archiving. Unform is an all-in-one solution for document markup, archiving, scanning, and workflow. It's easy to program, robust, and the tools get better every version. Easy To Use and Very Flexible to setup in connection with Acumatica - easy installation wizard that allows deployment to users.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to quickly build forms and pseudo apps that perform well and integrate into a Microsoft 365 Domain. With Power Automate and a "bot" account bridging the integration gaps as a caveat. Delivery on the promise of automation. Vastly reduces the amount of time, tasks and training required for an end user to perform a cornucopia of business processes. Once a given process has been assembled. With few and slight exceptions, a very well polished and smooth experience for the end users of forms created with this product. Forms function on any device and can be managed from any device. Cons The user experience for the creators of forms and workflows of this product. There is a lot of jank. Ranging from UI problems when setting up variables in the workflow and bots section. To unexpected behavior on certain characters between elements and integrations. Nearly non-existent documentation for any specific part of any item in this package. Much trial and error and tribal knowledge needs to be acquired to use this product to its potential. Poor performance in a certain few areas. Especially large forms when regarding the variables when setting up bots. Forms with 100+ variables begin to take significant amounts of time (1m+) for every single update to a given mapping table. This is exacerbated by slower PCs. 0 version control and 0 ability to move elements from one flow into another in the same workspace.
