Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros N/A. No pros! Nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use them if you have any option, they will steal your data. The app itself is very user-friendly. It's easy to navigate and search for features you need. Great experience Obviously anyone can use and the info provided to the company is not verified. Easy for identity thieves to use. Cons We contacted Transak regarding a potential partnership integration and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing so far. The communication was non-existent, still no response after 3 days,, no significant follow-up despite contacting. For a company operating in the payments and infrastructure sectors, the response to potential partners should be much better. Do not recommend at all!!! And if this is the level of service and support offered to potential partners, I will not add them to any of our sites, we cannot and will not recommend them based on our experience. It also raises serious doubts about the integration or presentation of their services on our platforms. Shame!!! Please nobody should ever patronize Transak again! Denied my KYC with no ability to resubmit. When you email their “support” you get an Ai email reply to use their Ai chat bot. The Ai chat bot is useless and has no option for an actual human. Suggest you to use literally any other company, this one just wants your data so they can disable your account and not preform a service. There was a minor issue once: a pretty long transaction. But since I haven't come across this again, then it's not a systemic issue (though it's important to mention this) 0 customer service reps. I'm not sure if there are any people who work there since I've tried to email security systems and one other email given on the website but NO ONE will answer back about someone using my info to buy crypto. I guess identity theft is ok for crypto users for this company.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I got to say I enjoyed my time with XanPool at the beginning where their rates and fees were reasonable. Cons Withdrawal for referral is set at a high limit. Support team is slow in replying, 48-72 hours, slightly better than TikTok support team if not on par. Doesn't allow for large sum purchase, and limited purchase every 24 hours.
