Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This has transformed our onboarding process and made my life 1000% easier. The screen record - upload tool makes it simple to record 2-5 min videos of each task and the great text editing features lets me make it into something visually appealing. We have tried and failed several times in the past to use screen recordings to train, but this has broken through and provided the best solution yet by far. Also, this software is incredibly affordable which allowed us to use it for our whole organization and we will soon use it for general HR announcements and re-training of current employees, not just onboarding. Really easy to build training documentation, including images, videos, and an intuitive way to create step-by-step courses. Really easy for managers to track which employees have undergone which training subjects. Very simple and easy-to-use design. Cons When creating lessons and recording videos using their recording app, there can be a few bugs. I have recorded a few videos and they didn't end up uploading but i have since found out how to avoid the bugs. When using the app as a learner or employee, however, there are no bugs and it's very snappy and easy to use. I wish we could upload native videos, instead of just screen recording or YouTube. I read that it is on the roadmap though.
