Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None if you were to make comparisons with other wallets available. This is a totally barebones wallet. First I'm not computer savvy, I bought 2 Trump cards 3 weeks ago, and my Trump cards are still in my email, simply because I don't have a clue about Torus wallet. I can view my wallet, but that's it, The help instructions is like trying to learn the Greek language. I have many times tried to find help using the torus support chat line. I always get the same guy, and all he does is send me their standard instructions, he is freaking no help at all. I need help, and still I get none. I am beside myself and don't know where to turn. - Works on mobile & web - Social logins that are non-custodial - Just plugged into my dapp - Support was fast and done over telegram I don't like anything about Torus wallet. The supposedly comfortable OpenLogin is a disaster, as it created several accounts. Cons Not much to like about it as it is very limited & not that easy to understand.. Definitely do not touch this if you are a newbie. The current crop of support seem totally disinterested & if I was the employer paying then I would retire the lot. Maybe support is free. I waited for around 2.5 hours, my messages had been read & ignored. The was between 17.30 & 20.00 utc-13 March 28 2024. My cards are still in my email, and I'm extremely frustrated. - Documentation was a bit messy, so had to dig around a bit. OpenLogin created several accounts and I cannot determine which one is to use. Complicated transfer via third party services. Cryptocurrencies have to be registered manually with contract addresses.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Solid solutions for those who want implement blockchain into their project. The deployment was smooth, proper support, everything is ok. Used their Shopify NFT app to sell art. I have zero experience in blockchain and needed something I could "plug and play". We use Venly's Wallet API. One of the things that made us choose them over other providers is the support of web3.js, ethers.js, web3-react, web3modal (WalletConnect), and wagmi. Supports both ERC-721 & ERC-1155 which is good. Our dev team doesn't have much of blockchain experience but it didn't become a blocker. Nice and easy to implement Market API. We tweaked it a bit to match our branding. Does what was advertised. Cons The soft is well attained, at the moment, we didn't spot dramatic challenges. Previously you needed Shopify Plus merchant account and it was pricy. From what I know, it's not a requirement now. Support isn't bad yet if they replied faster it would be highly appreciated We expected to have NFT Analytics as a part of the NFT API product and not as a separate one. We've been using it for a few months only. So far so good.
