	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Intuitive setup with minimal technical expertise. We were only required to run four commands to deploy the VPN server, and the rest was handled by the app itself. The BYOS model is a fantastic option for those wanting to manage their own servers. I found the installation process to be very efficient, and customer support has been responsive and helpful. The lack of additional licensing fees is a major plus. I appreciate the Oneclick access feature, which enables seamless connection to internal applications without needing a full VPN session. The ability to use my own server means I avoid extra costs, and the setup was incredibly simple with minimal technical knowledge required. I like that they are transparent about pricing. License costs are affordable, and they only charge for the server spec that you need. The price is the same as listed by the cloud provider. I appreciate the ability to bring your own cloud VPS. You only need to purchase user licenses and attach them to your server. User and server management is straightforward with Utunnel’s web UI. Cons Nothing too specific to write about. Maybe a smaller plan for companies with less than 5 users will be good. It would be great if there was integration available with JumpCloud SSO. Currently, the only supported access methods are HTTP/S, RDP, and SSH; adding VNC support would enhance the usability significantly. No issues for me. They offer more than what I want for an affordable price. Recommended. Wireguard support is only available on their MeshConnect solution. However, their Access Gateway service is a convenient alternative for setting up a cloud VPN easily.
