Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform concept is strong — real testers providing structured feedback is genuinely valuable for indie developers who don't have a QA team. The Testeum team were responsive, proactive and friendly; when the initial campaign underdelivered, they offered to rerun it at their own expense without being pushed. We have run two campaigns and obtained extremely useful information - sadly missing from our initial release of the App - which has given more confidence in the changes being proposed. Very easy to use. We don't have a tech guy within our team but still it was very easy and efficient for us to succeed testing our website. The SaaS approach makes the using even easier. Crowdtesting is a practice that is still little known and can be very expensive. With Testeum, it is possible to prepare campaigns in complete transparency and see how much it will cost. The campaign can be launched automatically upon payment. The fastest campaigns only took a few hours! It is possible to exchange with testers. The quality of their feedback has improved over time thanks to the latest features. I recommend launching campaigns with few audience filters in order to have results more quickly. The utility of Testeum. Campaigns are very easy to instance and you can have good result in 48 hours Ease of creating a campaign. It can test both bugs and UX issues. Speed to get feedback (from testers all over the world). Cons There was some confusion early on about whether we used the campaign or survey feature, but once understood, creating the survey and receiving feedback was quick and easy. The mobile version could be a little improved. But it wasn't a major issue for us. The mobile version still needs to be improved. Although the basic price is very affordable, a free trial would be a great added value in my opinion. You can test different version of your product to aim your feature No API to connect our gitlab and trigger campaigns on the fly.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I liked most about Testsigma is its intuitive Drag & Drop interface, which simplifies test creation and makes it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. The powerful mobile app and REST API testing features are also standout aspects. 1. Possibility to create autotests without programming knowledge 2. It takes not a lot of time to learn how to set up your project 3. Quick response of support team to any concerns 4. Constant development of product 5. Wide variety of settings to create, execute test cases 6. Presence of API testing 7. Cross browser, cross platform testing 1) With the minimum training users can handle the application. That is a unique feature in Testsigma. 2) Test step grouping is one more unique feature that helps to reduce the time to develop new scripts. - Easy to learn and use - Allows use of custom functions - Ability to reuse elements and steps - Bundling of test cases and test plans - Scheduling runs - Automatic rerun of failed cases - API testing - JIRA Integration Can be sued with simple English Multiple OS and browser versions Very simple, even someone non-technical person can perform automation Cons While Testsigma is generally very efficient and user-friendly, there are occasional moments when the platform can feel a bit slow during peak usage times. However, these instances are rare and do not significantly impact overall productivity. 1. Sometimes presence of bugs, instability in product which can cause some inconvenience Most of the features are good, with no cons at the moment. Need to improve on: - Better communication on changes - removal of certain symbols from UI identifier names, changing test plan run settings, deprecating certain test steps, etc. cause more maintenance and upkeep. - Need detailed release notes So far it is working great.I have no issues with it
