Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of set up and ongoing use. Has a huge range of features, best of all its free! I'm a coach of a community soccer club, I use it at training to mark player attendance, love the chat feature, excellent for listing training and match times with RSVP, so I can see who can or can't play from my phone. Cons Initially the ads, but we paid to remove them to promote our club sponsors which is great and cost effective.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We love how easy it is to create programs and create a calendar for all our clients and employees. I have a youth sports facility with multiple different areas and programs. Upper Hand allows me to have multiple membership options, coaches payroll options, blocks out resource so we don't double book, keep track of payments and class schedules. It really does it all. Scheduling interface made registration way better. Payment processing made my life easier. Customer service helped when needed. Creating appointments is pretty easy. Managing camps has been pretty good. Looking at activity in the calendar by Staff is good but would like to see a report instead of activity by Staff for a time period. Ease of usage, cards on file, scheduling ahead, and ability to have POS and scheduling in one place. Cons Theres still things that take to long to update. We wish you create groups of programs. The only thing I wish it had would be a calendar for customers to look at in a month view. Right now it allows only the staff to see it and it's a weekly view. Athlete tracking needs some work. Marketing and email could be used better. Cancelling appointments isn’t easy. Haven’t been able to add our logo to the landing page. Customer support chat is unreliable. Many times I give up waiting on someone to respond.
