Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros TalentDesk gives us full visibility across contractors, freelancers, and the vendors we work with. Multi currency payments in one click and one consolidated invoice have cut our accounts payable workload significantly. Onboarding is fast, and having AOR and EOR compliance built in has removed a lot of legal back and forth for our team. Simple to use and no time is wasted in my busy schedule to quickly get things done (raise worksheets, approve contractor worksheets, manage project budgets). Working as a freelancer has never been an easy thing, there are always problems related to the changing task requirements and payments. This software provides the most complete solution revolving around those two problems making the freelancers life way better. You can create tasks, have follow ups, create worksheets and a lot more, this basically removes the process of manual tracking payments and tasks making things happen on time. I use this software as a freelancer, and I love how seamless payments are. It's really easy to raise a worksheet and there are no follow-ups or email reminders required after that! Once processed, the payment comes through in a few minutes, which is pretty great for international transfers. Also love how I don't have to maintain records of my work and invoices separately — everything is automatically stored on the system. This frees up some extra time for me, which I appreciate as a freelancer. Cons We've hit the occasional minor bug, though support responds quickly and issues rarely linger. Nothing yet. TalentDesk is simple and easy to use. Some features are still missing at the project management level which would make this a more powerful solution but I have contacted the TalentDesk team and most pretty exciting things are coming up soon. No cons as such. Once you get a hang of the platform, it's pretty easy to use.		Pros from Real Users Pros I had a really positive experience using TFY. The platform was simple and easy to understand, which made onboarding and day-to-day use stress-free. The fact that the platform supports crypto payments also is an obvious standout. The service was exceptional, never felt like just another number. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely treated me like a valued client. Overall, the service felt personal, transparent, and reliable. We use Transformify primarily to process payouts for contractors outside the Philippines, and it has made cross-border payments significantly easier for our payroll operations. Instead of managing multiple bank transfers and country-specific payment arrangements, we are able to process disbursements in a more streamlined and controlled way through a single platform. The biggest advantage for us is the simplicity. It reduces administrative effort, improves visibility of transactions, and helps ensure payments are completed without the usual complexity that comes with international transfers. Compared to manual banking processes, this is far more efficient and easier to manage for a payroll team handling global payments. Support has also been very responsive whenever needed, which adds confidence when managing time-sensitive payroll disbursements. Transformify (TFY) is a simple and practical tool for working with data. It is easy to use and does not require coding for basic tasks. The interface is clear and most functions are easy to find. It works reliably and jobs usually run without problems. Error messages are understandable and help to fix issues quickly. Overall performance is good for everyday data processing.
