Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The integration process with TAST is quite simple. We integrated it with our existing system without any problems. The tool itself is very intuitive to use, allowing new users to quickly get up to speed. Additionally, the training course provided is extremely helpful and informative, covering all necessary aspects and offering practical examples that made learning straightforward. What I like most about TAST is its effectiveness in automating tests and its ease of use. It has several videos that explain how the entire application environment works and also has an excellent technical service that will help you whenever you need it. Cons The client is currently only usable on Windows. While this hasn't been a issue for us, it might limit flexibility for teams using other operating systems. I have nothing negative to say, I really liked the application. In addition, you can proficiently conduct performance testing using the TestOS tool that is way ahead of many of the commercial tools in the industry. It provides Tap and Select navigation for creating Test Cases which are easy to access by anyone. Its Parallel Execution on Multiple Devices makes the testing on devices with different specifications at once and that reduces the time of testing on each device individually. Scriptless test case writing with collaborative work space is great for remote teams. Shared multiple device/browsers available for multiple teams/members. Email Reports. Low barrier to entry for beginner test engineer due to scriptless nature of test case. Proficient test engineer could utilize CI/CD Integration. Both Browser & Mobile Device Infrastructure Available Natively. Easy test case writing (No Code). No additional configuration for device performance data. Remote access to device from browser itself. Email reports. Scriptless Test Case Writing. Ability to see live execution of test case. Remote access for manual testing. Integrated performance report for each build. Cons Dependency on the Internet. As this product is completely cloud hosted, it cannot be accessed in the absence of the internet unless it is deployed locally. Sometimes it fails to connect to cloud devices or browsers. Support on certain tickets could be better... no complaints. Not con per say but load testing would make this product a complete package. Occasional delayed response during remote connect.
