Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are currently in the deployment process for of Syteline. The overall system capabilities relative to our current and anticipated business needs drove our decision. As we learn the capabilities and tools of the system, our confidence grows that the Syteline platform will align with and drive our business growth. I appreciated the design of SiteLine as we implemented it. It simplified our process and made data collecting much easier than we anticipated. Cons The primary potential con at this stage is will the size and structure of the system be burdensome on our current size of business. As an example, the system structure provides a level of separation of duties for SOX compliance. As a privately held company, this separation of duties structure isn't required for us, but will we have to follow the defined structure (and resourcing) regardless? The customer service was slow to respond to our questions. At the beginning, we needed some process questions answered that slowed our ability to make decisions.		Pros from Real Users Pros Total ETO offers excellent customization, adapting to our needs seamlessly. The support team is outstanding, always responsive and helpful. Ivo, our Project Manager, is extremely professional and upholds the highest standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. The software is incredibly easy to navigate, making it accessible for all team members, regardless of their technical expertise. System is easy to navigate. All information can be found within a few clicks. I especially like how easy we can create quotes into POs.
