Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I sold my practice 8 months ago and still billed monthly despite full transfer and weekly calls to cancel. Incredulously, even with screen sharing Suijin (their employee) found my account did not have the feature required for me to disconnect service and said no one could stop service for me… round and round we have gone. DO NOT USE THEM
  • I've been using eClinicalWorks for approximately 6 years. It has one of the best user interfaces I have found. Very user friendly. There are easy ways to make new templates and merge notes which saves a lot of time. Highly recommended.

Cons

  • Impossible to discontinue service so overbilled 8 months!!
  • When first starting I found it to be somewhat cumbersome. The layout took some time to get used to but once you get it, it works great.
