Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Infinitely customizable. You can build it out a lot. You have to put the time in to work with the Celerant implementation to get things setup correctly. This can take several weeks to get up and running and then several months to get it perfect. Once you put that time and work in, you have a system that rivals much more expensive ones that are considered "big company enterprise". This system is amazing! The system is easy to use and it is very customizable. We use QB online as our GL and the integration worked amazing! Excellent sales team. They sure know how to make this software sound exciting. They also say they want to help and are unfortunately backed by a sub-par tech support team. La Mina De Oro Perfumes. 7 locations. 20 Employees. Celerant is an excellent, easy to use, cost effective platform. Straight forward. Love the system. User friendly. Usually people are afraid to use computer system but this one anybody can use it its amazing. Cons N/A. There wasn't much that we weren't able to do with Celerant, Everything we needed was in the system. We use this every day and it works fantastic. Support: Often we receive information and advice from support that seems to have no basis or fact and leaves me feeling they don’t know about the system they’re managing. I do not trust their team. Data management: We use local servers in addition to our main. Data is supposed to be written between the two, however, there is nothing in place to check the data was written to other servers accurately. There is really nothing that would be a deal breaker, maybe long wait times when trying to install new stations. I really don't have any cons everything so far is good.
