	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are NO positives! There are NO pros! Works with multiple channels to download orders into QuickBooks. That is when it works. It can be very efficient. The lowest price for QuickBooks desktop apps. Cons There are ONLY NEGATIVES! ZERO customer service, the program doesn't work at all, and they have ignored all requests for help! Support is nonexistent. You have to open a ticket, wait for them to contact you via e-mail to ask when you are available via remote session, then you have to reply and wait again for them to get back to you. Even for the most critical issues it can take days or weeks to resolve. For non critical issues (like features they advertise that don't work) it can take years. Canceling them is almost impossible. You can only cancel by e-mailing them and they never read the e-mails. You have to put a block on you payment method or they will keep charging you. The support phone number goes to an answering machine that is full most of the time.
