	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The main use we have had of Teamcenter PLM is as a planning platform. In our real estate company, we required a high flow of properties and we needed a system that was capable of supporting the diverse transactions we carried out, that is why we agreed to use Teamcenter, because it helped us develop our own products from scratch in order to improve our exponential real estate growth. Teamcenter helped us develop our platforms for property management and database from scratch, this helped us to grow little by little and develop the product completely, in addition, TeamCenter was key so that we could have a good life cycle of each product developed for our real estate environment. With this platform we were able to develop a property database for the company and also an online property negotiation system. I loved the fact that I was able to succeed with the collaborative help received from Teamcenter. I was able to complete our product development quickly in less than a month, which gave us remarkable results. I was delighted to be able to design our real estate platforms for our company from scratch. I will always be grateful to this platform for allowing me to design from scratch, manage maintenance costs in different periods and the cost of production of the product. Cons I have not found any negative experience using Teamcenter, this platform was key to generating quality products for my company and I am grateful with the results.
