Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the fact that I can call and I don’t have to wait very long to receive any service I need to my POS system. I also like the ability to be able to talk to Ian with any suggestions or help. A+ company in my words. I like that they were able to integrate all of our third party ordering sites into our POS and have the orders print out. Customer service is excellent! Joe is always willing and able to help me.. No matter the problem he finds a way to fix it for me!! He answers me no matter when and what time I seem to find a problem. The serving intel is always helpful when I call them to fix computer problems also! Cons I don’t have anything to put down. The website still has problems with ordering online. Still some bugs with getting things into the website. Nothing.. we can always get what we need from Joe.
